Established in 1985, we provide long distance telephone, credit card, online activism, wireless and other services to over 400,000 customers and in the process raise millions of dollars for groups working for peace, equality, human rights, education and the environment. In the 22 years we've been in business, we've generated $60 million in donations to nonprofit groups.
We are located in San Francisco and currently have a staff of 80. Online Marketing Manager
Our Online Marketing Manager (web development) is responsible for the ongoing maintenance of our site and the successful delivery of large-scale web development and multiple tactical projects. The Manager is often the pivot point around which an integrated marketing campaign is developed and will require the ability to effectively balance longer-term strategic issues with day-to-day tactical project issues. Requires 3+ yrs experience in project management and web development, the ability to manage complex, multi-track projects plus excellent interpersonal, organizational, planning and communication skills. Business Analyst
Our Business Analyst is responsible for the definition and management of development projects supporting our Billing and Customer Care (BCC) systems. Projects include both configuration changes, functionality enhancements to existing programs and core systems improvements. Projects may also include defining and managing changes, enhancements and core system improvements to our data warehouse and web applications where these systems interface with the BCC. The position requires a minimum of 2 years experience in defining or understanding business needs, and translating them into functional requirements. This is a temporary position expected to last approximately one year. Finance Analyst
Working Assets/Credo Mobile is looking for an analyst to join our revenue assurance team. This position will be responsible for a variety of budgeting, billing, and revenue assurance activities for our long distance and wireless products. Candidates must have excellent communication and collaboration skills, strong knowledge of database manipulation (SQL or similar fluency), advanced Excel skills, and preferably a statistical background. Our Marketing Data Analyst is responsible for analysis and programming to support marketing campaigns.
